Hadley Learning Community Primary and Nursery, is part of the Learning Community Trust group of academies.

Each academy has its own local governing body to carry the trust vision, policies, and priorities forward, based on the specific qualities and community characteristics of each academy. The local governing body is expected to question and challenge academy leadership and hold them to account, as well as support the academy.

Governance of our trust and academies is of the upmost importance, and having a representation from the communities we serve is vital. Our governance ranges from governors on local governing bodies at each of our academies through to our board of trusties and members for the trust. 

We are always on the lookout for people who will actively contribute to the success of our trust and academies, who will bring a range of knowledge, skills and experience and have a passion for making a difference
