Welcome to Hadley Learning Community Primary and Nursery.
It is my absolute pleasure to welcome you to HLC Primary School, a place where children are at the heart of everything we do. Our school is a vibrant, inclusive, and nurturing community where every pupil is encouraged to belong, respect, inspire, succeed, and enjoy their learning journey.
At HLC, we believe that education is most powerful when it is built on strong relationships. We work in close partnership with parents and carers, recognising that together we can provide the best possible support for our children. These relationships are the foundation of our school’s success and help us create a safe and caring environment where every child feels valued and understood.
We are a member of the Learning Community Trust, a group of academies committed to providing high-quality education and opportunities for all children. Being part of this trust strengthens our ability to share best practices, access wider resources, and continually improve the experiences we offer our pupils.
Our values guide us every day. We foster a sense of belonging where every child feels part of our school family. We teach and model respect for ourselves, for others, and for the world around us. We aim to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. We celebrate every achievement, big or small, as our children succeed in their own unique ways. And above all, we believe that learning should be enjoyable, filled with moments of joy, discovery, and growth.
