Hadley Harriers
We understand the importance of flexible, high-quality childcare to support our families. That’s why we are proud to work in partnership with Hadley Harriers, a trusted private provider offering before and after-school care for pupils from Reception to Year 6.
Hadley Harriers provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can relax, play, and take part in a range of fun activities outside of the school day.
- Morning Session: 7:45am – 8:25am (start of the school day)
- After-School Session: 3:00pm – 5:30pm
This wraparound provision is located on-site, making it convenient for families and fully integrated with the school day. Whether you need regular childcare or occasional support, Hadley Harriers offers a flexible and reliable service to meet your needs.

After school clubs
We are also proud to offer a wide range of after-school clubs run by our dedicated staff, giving pupils the chance to explore new interests, develop skills, and have fun beyond the classroom. These clubs run from 3:00pm to 4:00pm and are open to children across the school.
Our current club offerings include football, musical theatre, choir, baking, story club, sewing, arts and crafts, curling, netball, and many more. Whether your child enjoys being active, creative, or simply trying something new, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
These clubs are a great way for pupils to build confidence, make new friends, and deepen their sense of belonging within our school community.
Our after-school club timetable for Spring Term 25/26
PAYMENT
To access one of our after-school clubs, parent’s must secure a place by booking through the ParentPay app. The cost is £25.00 per club, per term, per pupil, which can be paid online through the app. If your young person is entitled to the pupil premium grant or is identified on the SEND register, then they are invited to access one of our after-school clubs free for the year.
